Trevor Sasek
MS, LPC
Trevor is a former collegiate football player and has been in the counseling field for almost 5 years. He battled injuries for the majority of his career, causing challenges in feeling like he could return and meet his expectations of performing on the field.
Trevor says that understanding the unique lifestyle of an athlete provides individuals he works with an opportunity to relate, connect, and develop their identity of who they are outside of sports.
His experience with a career-ending injury and understanding of the lifestyle has fueled his passion to work with current and former athletes.
