Our Approach

Person-Centered

A relationship and process-oriented approach that emphasizes listening, empathy, and nonjudgment rather than analyzing symptoms and behaviors.

Mind-Body Integration

A guiding principle to counseling, rooted in the body as the starting point to achieve healing rather than only engaging the mind within the therapeutic process.

Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) is a mind-body technique that helps individuals identify, process, and release stress-related issues both in the mind and body.

Internal Family Systems

Percieves all people as a system of protective and wounded inner parts led by a core self that encompasses the whole individual.

IFS is a non-pathologizing approach, viewing symptoms as solutions. Working with our inner parts leads to understanding the extreme roles within us that help protect our true self.
